Option 1: Use the app
- Sign in to HZB Thikana.
- Open Account → Settings.
- Select Request account deletion and confirm.
Option 2: Request it by email
Email from the address registered to the account. Use the subject “HZB Thikana account deletion” and include your username. Do not include your password or OTP.

After identity confirmation, the account is queued for deletion along with profile information, active listings and account access. Some limited records may be retained when reasonably required for fraud prevention, safety investigations, payment disputes or legal obligations, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
