What HZB Thikana does

HZB Thikana is a property-discovery and listing platform focused initially on Hazaribag and Ranchi, Jharkhand. Property owners and authorized listers publish PG, room and flat listings. People looking for accommodation can browse listings and contact listers through the platform.

Our listing and advertising services

Our paid services are provided by HZB Thikana: ₹30 for one additional property listing and ₹299 for Owner Pro, a 30-day promotional upgrade for one eligible owner property. Owner Pro is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. These services do not guarantee enquiries or a rental. See our pricing and service details.

We do not collect rent, security deposits, property-sale payments or brokerage, and we do not collect or distribute payments on behalf of property owners. Any future website checkout is for HZB Thikana’s own listing and advertising fees.
