Pro expires after 30 days. There is no automatic renewal. Broker listings are not eligible.

A one-time ₹30 purchase unlocks one additional property listing, subject to the platform’s listing and moderation rules. This is a listing fee paid to HZB Thikana.
Payments
Website purchases are not available yet. UPI checkout is planned, subject to payment-provider approval and activation. Android purchases use Google Play. Existing Pro benefits continue on the same account.
These fees pay for HZB Thikana’s own listing and advertising services. We do not collect rent, security deposits, property-sale payments or brokerage, or distribute payments to property owners.
Digital delivery
Paid benefits activate after successful payment verification. Owner Pro runs for 30 days from activation; an additional listing purchase provides one listing credit. There is no physical shipping. If activation is pending, contact support before paying again.
Purchase help
For existing Android purchase or refund questions, contact support and consult the applicable Google Play refund rules. For future website purchases, refunds cover duplicate charges or failed activation. After successful activation, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
