Owner Pro
Owner Pro costs ₹299 for 30 days of promotion for one eligible owner property. It is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. It provides visibility features, not a guarantee of enquiries or a rental.
Refund eligibility
We refund an additional duplicate charge for the same purchase. We also refund a successfully charged purchase when a technical or processing failure prevents us from activating the purchased benefit.
After successful activation, purchases are non-refundable for a change of mind, lack of enquiries, early removal of a property or a completed rental, except where applicable law requires a refund. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Cancellation
You can close checkout before completing payment. Once the paid benefit has activated, cancelling or removing the listing does not create a refund entitlement. No cancellation is needed to stop renewal: there is no recurring charge.
Pending or failed payments
If money was debited but the benefit has not appeared, contact support before paying again. We will check the payment and activation status. Pending payments are not treated as successful purchases until verified.
Request a refund
Email [email protected] from your account email with the order or payment reference, payment date and a short explanation. Never send passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs or bank-login details.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment provider. Normal refunds generally take 5–7 working days after initiation; actual timing depends on the provider and bank. Contact support if your refund has not arrived after the expected processing period.
Android purchases
This policy covers website purchases. Purchases through Google Play on Android follow the applicable Google Play refund rules. Contact support for purchase help.
